Show evaluation status

Problem When reviewing candidates, there is currently no way to have a 360 of the evaluation process. Several candidates may have been evaluated (Review icon) yet a user can only see their own review (and by clicking on the profile). This doesn't work well when the selection committee is working together at once. You make a general recommendation (say not-so-strong candidates) and review the others… then you wonder why ones you evaluated (you may lose reference) and what was assigned to each. The way we are overcoming this at the moment is by creating 5 extra custom stages (without notifications enable) and send the candidates there. That gives us some general stats and we can refine our decision from that segmentation. Request Allow for an overview of the current evaluation by enhancing the info shown in each submission widget: MyReview (Average of AllOther_Reviews) This would allow me to see what was my general position for this candidate AND what is the general impression of the rest of the evaluation committee. M_Review would be the same as in the profile of the candidate AllOtherReviews would be an average of the current existing reviews for that candidate across whomever has evaluated him at that stage. This way anyone can see at first glance personal opinion vs global opinion. When a whole committee is evaluating at once then the My_Review helps everyone understand what's the status.

Timezone setting for Job's deadline.

Problem Currently the "Automatically stop accepting new applications on" takes the closing hour on the basis of the user's location. This is not always the desired time as international, distributed organizations will have members in different time zones while the job posts need to be referenced to a same timezone all the time. In our case, our organization's SOP establishes that deadlines are to be considered on the basis of UTC. I am personally based in UCT+08 so if I set a deadline the platform is setting UTC+08, which is removing 8hrs from the effective submission window. Request Make "Timezone for Jobs" either a Job-specific setting (this may be needed for some) or at least organization-specific so that it applies to all Jobs evenly.

Last Call stage feature

Problem At the moment, candidates that have not finalized their submissions get a Reminder (if set) every X hours. As a Job comes to a close it is a good practice to give "a last push" to those applications still in "In-progress) as they may have not finalized it for a number of reasons. There is currently no wat to send a specific Last Call notification (which will be more effective if the text is different. Custom Stages are not an effective solution because the field @[Assessment link] is not available. We currently implement a Last Call through a Custom Stage yet we cannot provide a link to smoothen the CTA for the candidate. Request Implement a Last Call platform-stage. Similar to the "Remind Applicants after X hrs automatically", a new platform-stage called "Send Last Call to Applicants Y hrs before the closing of the job" would allow for this. Note: It may be dependent on the Job having a properly set "Automatically stop accepting new applications on" setting. The candidate flow would then become: Candidates submit If they finish, they go to To Be Reviewed stage. If they haven't finished, they go to In-Progress. If the Reminder is set, they get a Reminder every X hours If the Last Call is set, they get a Last Reminder Y hours before the job is closed Any other Custom Stage

Streamlined Candidate Data Export (All Details in One View)

Need an easier way to pull all of this information for each candidate in one go: Candidate ID (used in the slug for the candidate detail page) Candidate Name Candidate Email Status (Invited / In Progress / Submitted) Date & timestamp when invited Date & timestamp of follow-ups Date & timestamp when started Progress state (e.g., “x out of x questions” when In Progress) Date & timestamp of submission Time taken to submit each answer (per item) Number of attempts before submission (per item) Transcript of answers (per item) Right now, each of these data points is shown in separate views, which makes it difficult to collect everything efficiently.

Number of available spots (PAX) for a given positions

PROBLEM At times a same position is to be filled by a number of people. That is, you are looking for 2 accountants with the same profile, for instance. So that's 1 Job Description for 2 different people to be hired. With current features, this is doable and it implies that the hiring managers keep track of the numbers. For larger recruitments this may not be suitable (imagine hiring 25 developers on a same stack - no, 25 Job Ds is not manageable). SUGGESTION Consider adding a setting that indicates "How many spots are open for this JD?". Values: 0: Unlimited 1: Whatever the number is This would allow to: Indicate how many positions are open and how many are LEFT at a given time Automate pausing/archiving the JD once the KPI is achieved Allow for better sync among larger teams

Preventing AI abuses

Problem: Some candidates will take advantage of AI-generated submissions to a degree that it makes it very hard to determine their actual quality. A few options to consider could be: Timed responses with full video The whole submission is timed and recorded on video in full. The candidate is obviously made aware of this. Enabling rotating questions to avoid repetition and early preparation Candidates may gather information from another applicant about the questions that will be asked and prepare responses to copy & paste Disable copy & paste in fields This would discourage some undesirable candidates (although potentially affect the good ones) to have prepared responses (typically AI-generated) This is a raw dump of ideas. The intention is to get the conversation going when it comes to growing concerns about AI-generated submissions that are nothing short of slop.
