Custom Stages: Optimize re-ordering stages

Problem:

Currently when re-ordering stages (drag & drop) the interface is very slow and non-intuitive. Hard to describe via text. A stage is not dropped directly in the desired position, you have to go one step at a time, waiting 1-2 seconds for each "upper movement".

Sometimes the "surpassed stage" goes back to its original position and you have to start again. It's rather frustrating and time consuming to re-order stages.

Request:

Make it so that stages can be dropped at once at whatever position it is needed without the above described delays/frictions.
