Per-organisation notification settings & daily digest email

Currently, there's no way to manage email notifications per sub-account/organisation. Turning off notifications on the main account affects all orgs, which makes it impossible to filter notifications by org.

Requesting:

1. A setting to manage notification preferences per organisation

2. A daily digest option to receive one summary email instead of individual notifications per application
