At least for Agency where you can expect multiple users to be handling campaigns, leaders will want to have a clear idea of what happened for the day:
Eg. 100 applications started, 50 completed, 25 shortlisted and 25 rejected. And of those 50 that were evaluated, I would want to know how many Team Member A handled and how many Team Member B handled.
