Webhooks - Test Trigger improvement

Problem

When a Test Trigger is invoked, the JSON payload is the basic info, not a representation of the questions in that Job. That makes it harder to prepare the processing of the payload.

Request

When using the Test Trigger, add a simulated full payload with the name of the Questions and bogus content.
