Stages: Candidate information

Candidates should be able to know (if activated) the stage in which their application is via the application page they receive. At the moment none of that is showing.

As some job stages are internal, the "Public" ones can either be a setting on the Stages interface OR relying on whether an email is activated for a given stage.

Nonetheless, having a visual timeline of "where I am in my application" would greatly help.
