Separate perks section on career page

I would like to make a suggestions - could we have a page that shows some of the perks of the job within each job? Or could we have an overall company career page job tab - which allows us to list down some of the staff benefits?

there are some other platforms that have a separate section for it - which makes it stands out more instead of it being within the entire paragraphs
