REQUEST 1 - REFERENCE CONTACT & BASIC DETAILS IN A CONCISE BOX (WITH ABILITY TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE REFERENCE)
We collect 3 professional reference names with contact info (email and phone). I’d like to use the API to have it send the request using the fields but currently I have to create so many separate fields that it fills the screen and makes the app process look longer than it is.
Please create a more concise contact box for references (ideally one box per contact) that has fields you can tab through easily but doesn’t take up so much room to be able to have the fields accessible in the background. We would really appreciate these fields to be included:
Reference ID or Number - we use ref #1, ref #2, ref #3, etc. That way we know which person to follow up with without having to come back to the profile
First Name
Last Name
Email (with formatting verification)
Phone number (with country code)
Company worked together
Job Title or Working Relationship (supervisor, co-worker, mentor, other)
REQUEST 2 - ABILITY TO SEND REFERENCES AN EMAIL WITH FORM (MAYBE BY CUSTOM STATUS?)
I’d love to keep everything in the HV profile so a customizable form (even basic) that could map the professional recommendation answers back to the profile would be awesome. A workaround would be a custom status that allows us to sent the email to the mapped references from above.
