Notes improvements.

When typing notes, the following would help:

1) Allow to reference/tag another Team member via @

2) Allow to reference/tag question fields (Maybe /q) so that comments can be focused to a specific data point

3) One option could be to provide a quick link on each question/answer box that would reference that answer in the Notes and then the evaluator can add comments

2) and 3) can pretty much be seen as a "Reply" type of input.

4) Text typed in the notes should be autosaved.

This would allow to have very rich comments and context about the decision made towards a candidate.
