• Job application deadline (field to add to the Job description)

Usage: When reminding applicants that their application pending, being told a deadline does help.

• Organization's SocMed links (additional custom field for the Org's profile)

Usage: When sending a notification to an applicant, it helps to give them some CTAs.

Asking them to follow you on SocMed (or encouraging to keep an eye on other openings if they are rejected) is a good strategy.

• Team member's Title

Usage: Different members will have different titles and that may matter.

• Online booking links (field per Team member)

Usage: When a candidate moves into a potential interview (online or face-to-face) you'll want to offer a booking link for them to schedule. That will depend on each Team member.
