Job standard parameters:

Would help to have standard fields for:

• Publishing Date (Start date)

• Submission deadline (the last day for a position to be open)

• Decision date (the day by which the decision is to be made)

• Job position start date (when the actual candidate starts working)

These would help to render a timeline and do cool things such as being able to remind people about hurrying up to finish submission before the deadline.

It also provides good timing understanding to candidates.
