Once a candidate is visiting a Job description page there is no obvious navigation method to go back to the Career Page.
An easy way to solve that out would be a breadcrumbs path on the top of the page and a "Back" / "Return to open positions" button at the bottom of the page.
(Using browser controls should not be the way.)
