Problem:
At the moment the reminder emails for incomplete submissions allows for setting a timer (X amount of hours) after which the reminder will be send automatically. This may not be adequate for a number of scenarios:
Sending reminders on specific days (ex: Monday, Wednesday)
Not sending reminders on specific days (ex: Weekends)
The current method makes it hard to nail those unless one considers a full week in hours (and even then the resulting day will depend on the day the candidate started to submit)
Request:
Allow to set specific days (M|T|W|T|F|S|S) so that the emails are sent on those specific days.
Note: I am aware this may be a pain for the scheduler or even to determine which time zone to use. Probably UTC or the organization's timezone would be the logical thing to do. Or let the organization chose that timezone.
