Feature: Custom fields & filters

Problem

Currently in the Careers Page, only Location & Company are available as filters.

At times, openings may be of different types that can benefit of their own custom filtering. At the moment is not possible to discriminate across more suitable fields/values.

Request

A way to approach this would be to allow a (limited?) number of custom fields that can be used as filters.

For instance, we would define a "Opening Type" with values "Staff, Interns, Volunteers, Contractors" so that people can filter through the specific openings they are interested in.

And, if I may suggest, those filters available through Querystring so we can embed some of the filtered positions in specific pages on our websites.
