Feature: Color coding Jobs by status.

In the dashboard, it would make sense to give a bit of a color coding to each JD so that Team Members can easily identify what's going on with them.

The Statuses I can think of at the moment are:

• Draft (hasn't been published - easy to detect)

• Active (has been published)

• Paused (not available to submit anymore)

• Archived (Done with that position)

Note: Icons could also work, it's a UI decision. In the case of icons thought, some may be interactive such as Active > Paused.

These differentiations may help the team to easily identify pending positions to complete before publishing, etc.

Some intermediary approvals could be considered. That's another story.
