Feature: Allow section headers (with description option)

Problem:

Currently, it is not possible to group questions under sections, which can make it difficult to contextualize a question.

In our case, this forces us to prefix the question with the topic it is related to.

Request:

Allow for the creation of section headers to which questions can be attached.

Provide a configuration field in the section header so that Team members can add a simple description.
