Default Thank You Page Formatting

Is it possible on the thank you page for a job for the text and banner image to be framed on the page the same way that it is on the application page?

I noticed that the elements on the TY page stretch all the way across horizontally @ 100% of the page width of the page. On the application page it looks like it's maybe in a table that is centered that's width about 40% of the page width.
