Customization: UI for Paused and Archived Jobs

Problem

When a user visits a Job that is Paused, they get the following message:

"This is job closed and no longer accepting new applications."

This message may not reflect/convey what the organization means to say.

This is also observed for Archived Jobs.

Moreover, the information presented in Paused and Archived jobs is different.

Paused only shows the message.

Archived shows the message AND the job description.

Request

Allow for that string to be customized.

Present the same information (message + job description) on both Paused and Archived jobs.
