Change default footer text on careers page

Change it to

"We evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and potential to contribute to our organization. We're committed to fair and equal consideration of all applicants."

My personal recommendation would be to stay away from DEI.

My professional request would be that any default text in the application remains politically neutral.

(For reference, DEI is actually a racist, exclusionary ideology - nothing to do with what is being sold wholesale.)
