Application Reassignment Tool

This feature would allow recruiters and hiring managers to seamlessly move an application from one job position to another within the same organization. For example, if a candidate applies to Position A but is a better fit for Position B, the recruiter can transfer the application without requiring the candidate to reapply or fill out additional forms.
