Applicants need to share screen sometimes

For technical interviews, it is crucial that the interviewee/job applicant gets to show their work or their thought process during some screen share. Enabling this feature as a recording answer will multiply the use-cases beyond mere interpersonal Q&A (which is behavioral or untested claims of technical traits) into all the technical domains which candidates really need to be tested for! So please, enable screen share recordings! Can be just a chrome tab anything is much better than nothing.
