Allow for only one answer to be deleted after submission

We would like for candidates to be able to retake only one or a couple of questions from her interview.

Some candidates do very well on the other questions, and it would be a bit inconvenient for them to retake the entire interview just for one question.

We send these candidate videos to our clients - so it's important that all answers be very good.
