Add "filterable" fields that could work also as badges.

Jobs are typically organized under certain categories (Full time, Part time, Contractor, Remote, WfO and the like).

These should be "standard" or customizable so that they are available across all Jobs.

Ideally, these categories (or custom fields) would ideally:

• Allow Jobs to be filterer (in Jobs admin interface AND Career page)

• Allow for some small icon so that they can be represented as part of "badges" in the Job page
