Add "Applicable documentation"/custom links section to Career Page.

While, yes, some additional custom content can be added to the Footer in the Career Page, it remains interesting to be able to add some custom links (with section titles?) so that organizations can clearly specify things such as Applicable Policies, Codes of Conduct and other relevant information.
