Ability to rate each video

A number from 1-5, 5 being the highest. Then at the bottom of the application it adds up the whole score so you can easily see who has scored the highest.

This way you can see who has the highest skills for individual questions at a quick glance.

Say there are 10 questions. The max score for the full interview could get 50 stars. That you can see the total. So you can easily review and filter higher scoring applicants or those that are quite close
